Mōrena Jayden!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Mikey. I'm a part of this years Summer Learning Journey team and I'll be commenting on some of your wonderful blog posts over the summer. I'm so pleased that you've made a start on the teaser week activities - well done! :)
You've included some really interesting facts about Roald Dahl in your post, Jayden. He's written a great many books, hasn't he? Have you read any of them? Or seen the movies? I remember reading his books when I was at school. The BFG and James and the Giant Peach were my favourites.
It's awesome that you're getting stuck into the activities but make sure you read them carefully. This activity actually asks you to make up new words and give them definitions, so just double check what you're being asked to do before you post. :)
Thanks Jayden!
Mā te wā,
Mikey
